Are you a Network Engineer who’s got experience in a diverse infrastructure? We’re looking for a Network Engineer to contribute to a Technical Ops first approach to a cloud and on-prem setup. The Network Engineer will be engaging various areas of design, implementation and ongoing responsibility for hosting environments and the observability, highly available info-sec with IaC. The Network Engineer will be hands on and working alongside various other teams and stakeholders overseeing the DevOps and InfoSec.
You will have expertise with Palo Alto Firewalling. We’re looking for a Network Engineer who will join a multi-cloud and on-premise environment. The Network Engineer will be involved with the design, implementation and ongoing management of the hosting environment. The main purpose of the environments will be embracing observability, high-availability and infosec, along with IaC. You’ll be making sure that you support the system and network infrastructure with switches, routers, load balancers, firewalls, compute, storage and virtualization.
Technical Expertise – must haves:
- Palo Alto portfolio solutions experience
- Core routing & switching, VLAN, VXLAN, BGP
- Enterprise level system and network design experience
- Layer 2, 3, 4 and 7 experience
- Solid experience with VPNs and Wireless Access Points
- Bash/Python/Powershell scripting
- Strong experience with Juniper switches & routers (Cisco also considered)
