We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Consultant to lead the delivery of workplace solutions that enable collaboration, productivity, and digital transformation. This role will focus on helping clients make the most of Microsoft 365 technologies, including the adoption and integration of Copilot and AI-enhanced features.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges using Microsoft technologies, while ensuring secure, scalable and user-focused solutions are delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end solutions across Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva, and related services
- Guide organisations through the implementation and optimisation of Copilot for Microsoft 365
- Translate client requirements into practical technical designs, aligned with Microsoft governance and compliance frameworks
- Support identity, security, and compliance using tools such as Microsoft Purview and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
- Facilitate user adoption through training, workshops, and change enablement content
- Collaborate with internal teams to define scope, prepare documentation, and contribute to successful delivery plans
- Stay up to date on Microsoft’s roadmap and advise clients on future enhancements
Required Experience:
- 5+ years working with Microsoft 365 in a consultancy or enterprise setting
- Proven experience with Teams, SharePoint Online/On-Prem, OneDrive for Business, and the broader Office 365 suite
- Practical knowledge of Copilot for Microsoft 365 and readiness planning
- Familiarity with compliance, data protection, and governance using Microsoft Purview
- Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity solutions
- Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to present complex solutions clearly
- Exposure to Copilot Studio or low-code AI solutions
- Background in user adoption, change management or training delivery
- Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and modern development practices
- Experience working on Microsoft-funded programs (e.g., ECIF, MCI)
