What you will be doing
- Sourcing suitable candidates and fully briefing them on the opportunity and package available
- Continual development of knowledge within the sector you are operating in
- Ensuring our CRM is kept up to date and company processes are followed
- Meeting individual targets set
- Developing and maintaining key candidate relationships
