Full stack Senior/Lead Developer

Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)

We’re looking for a Senior/Lead Full Stack Developer to join a passionate in-house team that builds and maintains high-quality internal systems. You’ll be contributing to the development of a brand-new project built with React and PHP, as well as supporting and improving an existing PHP-based CRM.
The workflow is ticket-based with code reviews and pull requests forming the backbone of our quality assurance. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and skilled developer to make a meaningful impact and work on genuinely interesting technical challenges.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing new features using React and PHP
- Maintaining and improving an existing CRM system
- Writing clean, efficient, and testable code
- Participating in code reviews and collaborating with the team

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a passionate developer who loves to code and is keen to grow within a supportive, experienced team. The following skills and experience are desirable (but not all are required):
- Solid experience with PHP (including OOP, Laravel, and unit testing)
- Minimum 2 years' experience with React
- Good understanding of design patterns
- Experience with MySQL and query optimisation
- Basic Linux skills
- Ability to build intuitive UIs using React
- Familiarity with AWS is a plus
