Own and evolve the Salesforce support function in a high-impact, product-led environment, going beyond tickets to drive proactive improvements, influence deployment practices, and leverage AI across day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Partner with stakeholders, product managers, and architects to translate business needs into well-defined Salesforce solutions
- Analyse complex processes and break them down into scalable, feature-based designs
- Design and support end-to-end solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem
- Contribute to data modelling, security design, automation (Flow), and user experience
- Build proof-of-concepts to validate ideas and showcase platform capabilities
- Champion best practices, including AI-assisted development and code review standards
- Collaborate with admins and developers to deliver high-quality, well-architected solutions
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and emerging AI tooling

- 6+ years' experience in a Salesforce Analyst, Admin, or Development role
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and architecture
- Hands-on experience with Flow Builder and declarative automation

- Experience working with AI coding tools and reviewing AI-generated outputs
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator who can translate business needs into technical solutions
- Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments with a high degree of autonomy
- Bonus: Experience with Lightning Components
