Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join a large-scale delivery program on a long-term contract. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality enterprise applications using modern Java and cloud-based technologies.

The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience and a strong background in backend development with some frontend exposure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, AWS, SQL, and MySQL
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other engineers to deliver new features end-to-end
  • Contribute hands-on across the full software development lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Apply best practices for performance, security, and data protection
  • Identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective fixes
  • Maintain high standards of code quality, automation, and documentation
  • Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members
  • Support continuous improvement by evaluating new tools, technologies, and approaches
