Overview
We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join a large-scale delivery program on a long-term contract. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality enterprise applications using modern Java and cloud-based technologies.
The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience and a strong background in backend development with some frontend exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, AWS, SQL, and MySQL
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other engineers to deliver new features end-to-end
- Contribute hands-on across the full software development lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Apply best practices for performance, security, and data protection
- Identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective fixes
- Maintain high standards of code quality, automation, and documentation
- Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members
- Support continuous improvement by evaluating new tools, technologies, and approaches

- Exposure to frontend testing tools such as Jest
- Experience building scalable, secure enterprise applications
