We’ve partnered with a growing business looking for a hands-on IT Support Engineer to support day-to-day IT operations and device management. This is a practical, fast-moving role suited to someone organised, proactive, and comfortable managing hardware, laptop setups, and asset tracking within a busy environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Laptop builds, setup, and provisioning
  • Managing hardware stock and restocks
  • Updating asset registers and tracking equipment
  • Coordinating collections and deliveries
  • Supporting general IT operations and desktop support tasks
  • Assisting with device lifecycle management

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / IT Operations
  • Experience with laptop imaging and hardware provisioning
  • Comfortable managing IT assets and inventory
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft environments (O365, Intune, Autopilot beneficial)
