The Role:
- Provide BAU 1st line IT support, handling tickets and resolving user issues quickly
- Deliver face-to-face and remote support to internal staff in a fast-paced environment
- Carry out daily system checks and support ongoing operational stability
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user access issues
- Support laptop, mobile, and basic AV/meeting room setups
- Escalate infrastructure issues to specialist teams where required
- Work independently with minimal onboarding – hit the ground running
- Contribute to small improvements and support wider IT initiatives where possible
Skills Needed:
- Strong Windows / Microsoft 365 support experience (Intune, Azure AD beneficial)
- Proven experience in 1st/2nd line IT support (BAU-focused)
- Experience with ticketing systems and SLA-driven environments
- Good hardware support skills (laptops, peripherals, mobile devices)
- Basic AV / meeting room tech troubleshooting
- Solid problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Confident communicator with strong user-facing skills
