Functional Consultant

Job Title: MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Location: Hybrid in London (relocation and sponsorship can be provided) Budget: Up to 55-85k DOE Company: Multinational Information Technology consultancy. Job Summary The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analysing customer requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM implementations. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the fitment analysis process, optimizing configurations, and ensuring successful CRM deployments. What will you do? Conduct comprehensive fitment analysis to align customer requirements with Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities. Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 CRM modules to meet business needs. Lead the deployment process for Dynamics CRM, ensuring successful implementations. Optimize system performance within Dynamics 365, including performance tuning and troubleshooting. Manage and execute data integration and data migration projects. Leverage and extend D365 CRM Portal capabilities for customer-specific solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions on Microsoft Azure. Document and maintain detailed functional requirements and specifications. What do you bring? Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and related modules. Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques for Dynamics 365. Experience with SQL Server 2008 or newer, including custom report creation using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Understanding of Dynamics CRM deployment processes and best practices. Basic knowledge of the .NET Framework (version 4.5 and above), C#, and JavaScript is a plus, but not mandatory for this functional role. Qualifications: Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM are highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
