We're looking for an experienced Beauty Education Consultant to join us on a contract basis, creating best-in-class training materials for a prestige beauty brand's retail teams. This is a content-build role — ideal for an independent consultant who has built education programmes from scratch and knows what great looks like in a retail environment.
What you'll be working on:
- Master brand training materials formatted to brand guidelines
- Training masterclasses for in-person and virtual delivery
- E-learning modules for scalable retail staff education
- Product guides and manuals covering ingredients, science, claims, benefits and usage
- Sales and selling technique content for retail teams
What we're looking for:
- A strong background in beauty brand education and training content development
- Experience working with prestige retail (Sephora experience a strong advantage)
- Ability to translate ingredient science, claims and benefits into clear, engaging content
- Comfortable working independently and remotely — delivering to brief without hand-holding
- A portfolio of past work is essential — we're interested in what you've built, not your job title
The details:
- Fully remote — open to candidates across the UK and Europe
- Contract duration: 1–2 months initially, with potential to extend to 3–6 months
We encourage underrepresented talent to apply to all our roles & support accessibility needs.
