A highâgrowth Data & AI specialist consultancy is seeking a senior AI Systems Architect to lead the design and delivery of advanced, productionâgrade agentic AI systems. This role sits at the intersection of handsâon architecture, client engagement, and internal capability development, and is suited to someone who wants to shape how nextâgeneration AI solutions are built and deployed at scale.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of endâtoâend AI system architecture, working closely with engineering teams and client stakeholders to design robust, secure, and commercially viable solutions. In parallel, you will play a key role in shaping internal best practice, supporting goâtoâmarket activity, and establishing thought leadership in the agentic AI space.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver agentic AI systems using modern orchestration frameworks and custom approaches
- Define architectural standards covering scalability, reliability, security, cost, and responsible AI principles
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data platforms, APIs, and cloudânative infrastructure
- Provide technical input into client workshops, proposals, and solution design phases
- Mentor and guide engineers and consultants, raising the bar for AI system delivery
- Track and apply advances in LLMs, autonomous agents, reinforcement learning, and simulationâbased systems
What Weâre Looking For
- Demonstrated experience building and deploying agentic or autonomous AI systems in realâworld environments
- Strong grounding in AI/ML concepts, including multiâagent systems and decisionâmaking frameworks
- Proven ability to design complex, distributed systems that embed AI components
- Strong Python development skills; exposure to Infrastructure as Code and cloud automation is advantageous
- Confident communicator with experience influencing technical and nonâtechnical stakeholders
- Background in consultancy or clientâfacing delivery environments
