We are recruiting for an experienced New Business Account Manager to join a well-established and growing technology services organisation. This is a pure new-logo role, focused on winning and developing mid-market customers across the UK. You will be joining a collaborative, values-led team where autonomy, trust, and impact genuinely matter.
The Role:
- Identify, engage, and secure new mid-market customers through proactive business development
- Create and execute focused account capture and development plans for new clients
- Build multi-level relationships across customer organisations, from operational to senior stakeholders
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of well-qualified opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor, shaping customer requirements and aligning solutions to business outcomes
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, buying processes, and decision criteria
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to maximise opportunity and value
- Provide thought leadership on technology trends and innovation relevant to customer sectors
Skills Needed:
- Proven experience in new business IT services or technology solutions sales
- Track record of winning new logos within the mid-market or corporate space
- Strong relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholder levels
- Experience shaping and managing multiple sales opportunities concurrently
- Knowledge of solutions such as Microsoft, Cisco, and/or AWS
