With a strong focus on Snowflake Native Apps, marketplace innovation, and defensible IP, this organisation is scaling rapidly across the UK, Europe, and North America. As part of this next phase of growth, they are hiring a Partner Alliance Director – Snowflake to drive global GTM strategy, deepen executive alignment, and unlock partner‑led revenue at scale.

This is an opportunity to lead Snowflake’s go‑to‑market growth for a business delivering some of the most exciting work in the data and AI consulting space.

Snowflake Commercial Strategy & Partner Growth

  • Own the end‑to‑end Snowflake alliance strategy with accountability for revenue, pipeline, and commercial outcomes.
  • Build strong executive relationships across Snowflake sales, partner, PS, solution architecture, marketplace, and industry teams.
  • Develop a global GTM plan aligned to Snowflake FY priorities and marketplace incentives.
  • Create scalable commercial motions that increase partner‑sourced opportunities and accelerate co‑sell velocity.
  • Lead the commercial strategy for Snowflake Native Apps from ideation to monetisation.
  • Shape, package, and protect proprietary IP and accelerators that differentiate the organisation in the Snowflake ecosystem.
  • Define pricing, marketplace strategy, and product positioning to maximise recurring revenue.

Pipeline Creation, Acceleration & Funding

  • Drive repeatable Snowflake‑centric pipeline through joint campaigns, events, co‑selling, and ABM.
  • Leverage AWS and Microsoft funding programmes (MDF, POCs, MAP, AMM, migration funding, etc.) to accelerate deals and reduce customer friction.
  • Govern funding utilisation, compliance, and ROI across Snowflake‑related initiatives.
  • Enable sales, pre‑sales, and marketing with compelling Snowflake value propositions, playbooks, and competitive positioning.
  • Act as the internal evangelist for Snowflake strategy across sales, delivery, product, and leadership.
  • Represent the organisation at Snowflake field events, partner councils, and strategic planning forums.
  • Lead the development of repeatable Snowflake industry solutions tied to measurable business outcomes.
  • Build marketplace‑ready solution bundles and listings for global adoption.
  • Ensure all solutions meet technical, legal, and IP protection requirements.
  • Growth in Snowflake partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced pipeline.
  • Increase in TCV and recurring revenue from Snowflake‑aligned deals.
  • Number of Snowflake Native Apps commercialised.
  • Hyperscaler funding secured and effectively deployed.
  • Revenue from repeatable Snowflake solutions and marketplace offerings.
  • Executive alignment and partner satisfaction.
  • Delivery against annual business plan (internal & partner‑aligned).

Experience

  • 5+ years in alliances, partnerships, or commercial GTM roles (cloud, data, or software ecosystem).
  • Track record of driving partner‑led pipeline with vendors such as Snowflake, leveraging AWS/Azure for commercial advantage.
  • Experience commercialising IP, packaged solutions, or marketplace offerings.
  • Strong understanding of AWS & Microsoft funding programmes.

Skills

  • Commercially driven, revenue‑aware, and comfortable with clear accountability.
  • Excellent relationship builder with the ability to influence Snowflake field sellers, partner leaders, and C‑suite stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker able to translate partner priorities into actionable revenue‑generating plans.
  • Strong cross‑functional leadership across sales, delivery, product, and technical teams.
