We’re working with a fast-growing client that’s building out a high-impact Engineering function—and they’re looking for a hands-on Director of Engineering to help lead the way. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building teams, shaping culture, and staying close to the tech. You’ll lead 14–20 engineers, mentor future leaders, and drive delivery across a range of exciting, customer-first products.

  • 5+ years in engineering leadership, 1+ as Director or above
  • Hands-on leader with recent experience in scale-up environments
  • Strong background in object-oriented development (C#, Java, or Full stack)
