Every enterprise AI team deploying LLMs and ML models at scale faces the same uncomfortable reality: once a model goes into production, it becomes a black box. Hallucinations, drift, bias, performance degradation - without the right tooling, you're flying blind. Our client is the platform that fixes that. An AI observability and LLM evaluation layer trusted by the world's most sophisticated ML teams - helping them monitor, debug, and improve AI systems in production.

The traction is already there. With minimal in-region resource, EMEA has already landed marquee enterprise wins with Aviva, Volvo, Deutsche Telekom, Siemens, and Booking.com. The demand is real, the logos are credible, and the pipeline opportunity is significant.

What's missing is the leader to build the machine around it. For those motivated by comp: 70% of reps exceeded 100% of quota last year. Several hit over 300%. This is a company where top performers genuinely get paid.

The role involves reporting directly to the RVP of Sales (East Coast & EMEA), who reports into the SVP of Global Sales. You will inherit a team that already includes enterprise AEs, an SDR, a DevRel hire, and Field Marketing - with further headcount coming. For the first six months or so, this is a player-coach role. You will carry quota alongside the team, get into the field, learn the EMEA buyer firsthand, and build the regional playbook through doing. As the region scales, so does your remit - full P&L ownership, team development, forecasting, and ultimately the opportunity to grow into a GM of EMEA position for the right person.

The hiring manager is looking for someone who is genuinely hands-on. Not a strategist who forecasts from a dashboard - someone who enjoys being in the weeds, developing their people, and winning deals. If you’re energised by execution, this is the environment for you.

The opportunity in context: Enterprise AI adoption in EMEA is accelerating. The teams building AI-powered products across financial services, automotive, e-commerce, and telecoms are increasingly asking one question they can’t yet answer: how do we know our AI is actually working? This platform answers that question. And right now, no one owns this space in Europe. The person who takes this role has the chance to define a category before it consolidates - and build a career-defining chapter in the process.

What you’ll need:

  • 4+ years leading B2B SaaS sales teams in EMEA with clear revenue ownership
  • 4+ years as an IC in technical sales before management — you know what carrying a bag actually means
  • Proven track record of building from early stage in a high-growth or startup environment
  • Comfortable selling to engineering, ML, and technical personas
  • Hands-on, execution-focused leadership style — this role rewards doing, not just directing
  • Bonus: experience in AI infrastructure, developer tooling, data platforms, or adjacent technical categories

This role is for you if you’re a proven EMEA sales leader who’s restless in a mature territory and wants to build something real, in one of the most important spaces in enterprise tech, with momentum already behind it.

Research indicates that men will apply to a role when they only meet 50-60% of the descriptions, however, when looking at women and other minority groups, they can look for up to a 99% match in order to apply to a role. If you feel you are a fit for our role, please still apply, don’t worry if you don’t tick every single box. We’d still love to hear from you. We encourage underrepresented talent to apply to all our roles & support accessibility needs.
