2-3 days per week in London - please do not apply if you cannot do this. I'm working exclusively with one of the most recognized names in the Customer Data Platform space on a confidential search. This is a business that needs no introduction to anyone in the data or martech world β€” hundreds of global consumer brands rely on their platform daily to turn customer data into real-time, personalised experiences at scale. They've recently gone through a significant and high-profile merger that has supercharged both their product and their ambition.

They're hiring a Director level candidate as a CSM for their EMEA book of business β€” and this is the real deal. Enterprise accounts. C-suite relationships. A platform that genuinely moves the needle for the brands using it.

The role in a nutshell:

  • Own a portfolio of strategic, high-revenue global accounts.
  • Drive retention and expansion.
  • Build exec-level relationships.
  • Translate complex customer data strategies into measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead QBRs that actually mean something.
  • Be the voice of the customer back into Product.

You'll be a strong fit if you have:

  • 5+ years in CSM / AM / Solutions Consulting in enterprise SaaS
  • A background in CDP, MarTech, data infrastructure, or developer-adjacent platforms
  • Proven track record managing large, complex, global accounts
  • Comfort operating at senior/exec stakeholder level
  • An AI-first mindset β€” you use the tools, you don't just talk about them
