We’re seeking a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to lead new customer acquisition efforts for our AI-powered content and experience platform serving the media and digital publishing industries. This high-impact role focuses exclusively on winning net-new enterprise customers, driving growth through strategic prospecting, consultative engagement, and complex software deal execution.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, target, and win new enterprise logo opportunities across assigned territories.
- Execute proactive outbound prospecting and lead generation to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Own the full sales cycle—from initial outreach through discovery, solution presentation, and contract negotiation.
- Build and execute detailed territory and account plans aligned with go-to-market priorities.
- Develop a deep understanding of our platform, positioning its value across editorial, IT, and executive audiences.
- Partner with solution engineers and subject matter experts to address complex technical and business requirements.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners and alliances to create joint opportunities and accelerate deal velocity.
- Build business cases and ROI models that resonate with enterprise decision-makers.
- Navigate procurement, legal, and executive approval processes to close deals efficiently.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, activity tracking, and documentation within CRM systems.
- Represent the company at industry events and field marketing initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience in a full-cycle, new business (“hunter”) capacity.
- Proven success in acquiring and closing large, complex enterprise accounts.
- Strong track record of exceeding quotas in competitive technology markets (CMS, DXP, or related CX platforms preferred).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder, multi-threaded enterprise deals.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and partner teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (advanced degrees a plus).
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into media, publishing, or digital content organizations.
- Professional proficiency in French and/or German.
- Background in multinational or matrixed enterprise sales environments.
- Familiarity with partner-led or indirect SaaS sales motions.
