We're recruiting for a fast-scaling AI observability & LLM evaluation platform that's redefining how the world's leading AI/ML teams understand and trust the models they ship.

The numbers speak for themselves:

  • $70M Series C just closed, $131M raised to date
  • Backed by top-tier investors including TCV, Battery Ventures, Foundation Capital, OMERS, and strategic backers like Datadog and PagerDuty
  • Built on a foundation of open source — the team maintains a widely-used community observability tool
  • Leadership includes former builders of deep learning infrastructure, autonomous drone systems, ridesharing marketplaces, and ad tech at scale
  • A genuinely global remote-first culture, with hubs in New York and Berkeley and an active, vocal internal community (from responsible AI panels to their own internal advocacy subgroups)

This is a rare seat at the table: joining a company at the exact inflection point where AI observability is moving from "nice to have" to business-critical infrastructure, and where the Solutions function is being built out to match that growth.

The role

You'll be the trusted partner to some of the most sophisticated AI/ML teams in the world — driving adoption, running QBRs, shaping account strategy, and translating technical capability into measurable business outcomes. You'll own renewals, uncover expansion opportunities, and work hand-in-glove with technical and account teams to keep customers succeeding.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS
  • Self-starter, comfortable operating with limited process
  • Strong organisational skills across multiple concurrent accounts
  • Confident demoing technical products and translating value for non-technical stakeholders
  • Bonus: familiarity with AI/ML workflows or GenAI technologies
  • Based in or around London — this role requires proximity for EMEA customer engagement

What's on offer

  • Highly competitive basic salary & OTE opportunity
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision
  • Unlimited PTO and a genuinely open vacation policy
  • Generous parental leave (up to 12 weeks at 100% salary)
  • Professional development and WFH stipends
  • Sabbatical leave policy
  • Wellness days on top of standard holidays
