AI is reshaping how businesses operate, from powering intelligent assistants to unlocking deeper insights from data. But while many companies are investing in AI, not all of them know how to fully realise its value.
We’re looking for an AI Solutions Engineer who enjoys working closely with customers, helping them move from implementation to true adoption and success. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner to customers, helping them navigate their AI journey and get the most out of the platform.
- Guide customers through implementation and ongoing adoption
- Lead both technical discussions with data scientists and engineers, and strategic conversations with senior stakeholders
- Drive customer success by ensuring clients feel confident, supported, and excited about what they’re building
- Advising customers on GenAI and machine learning best practices
- Running strategic business reviews alongside the sales team
- Partnering closely with pre-sales to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Identifying opportunities to grow and expand within existing accounts
Hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or working with AI/ML solutions in production. Strong understanding of the ML lifecycle (feature engineering, training, deployment, real-time scoring). Experience in a customer-facing role (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Consultant, Customer Success, etc.).
