We're partnering with a category-defining, venture-backed AI startup building the next generation of client relationship management for enterprise - helping client-led organisations (particularly marketing agencies, software companies and professional services firms) understand, grow, and protect their most valuable relationships, and turn admin into automation. Their platform brings together signals from conversations, communications, and performance data to surface insight and unlock better commercial outcomes.
They're scaling fast across every function - and are AI-native from the ground up, not just in what they sell, but in how they build, operate, and go to market. The business is led by serial entrepreneurs who have built, scaled, and successfully exited two previous startups together - this is not a first-time founder story, and they're building with that experience behind them.
They're now hiring an Account Executive to join their GTM team and lead complex sales cycles - working directly with the founders to help shape how the company sells, with the opportunity to be part of the founding commercial team.
Zone 1, Central London (Covent Garden) | Full-time | 2β5 years' experience. β οΈ This is an in-office role. There's flexibility to work from home occasionally, but this is a genuine start-up environment built around being in the office together. If that doesn't excite you, please don't apply.
What you'll own:
- End-to-end ownership of sales cycles, from first conversation through to close
- Pipeline creation alongside SDRs and self-sourced activity
- Deal strategy, qualification, and progression
- Commercial outcomes, including ARR growth and deal quality
Key responsibilities:
- Lead complex sales cycles with senior stakeholders across marketing, client services, and leadership teams
- Run structured discovery that uncovers real commercial problems, not surface-level needs
- Position the platform effectively in an emerging category, translating capability into clear business value
- Build and manage multi-threaded relationships within target accounts
- Drive deal progression with strong control and disciplined qualification
- Collaborate closely with SDRs on account strategy and pipeline development
- Feed market insight back into product, marketing, and leadership
What they're looking for:
- 2β5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Strong commercial acumen β you understand value, ROI, and how to sell into ambiguity
- A structured approach to qualification and deal management
- Comfortable operating in early-stage environments with limited structure
- A builder mindset β you want to shape the sales motion, not just execute it
- AI-native sales mindset: Sellers here are expected to use AI to enhance deal prep, discovery, and follow-up β not just talk about AI as a product. You'll automate low-value admin, lean on data-driven insight, and continuously refine your approach based on signal, not habit. We're specifically looking for people who genuinely use AI in their everyday life β not just at work β and naturally look for ways to drive efficiency wherever they can.
Nice to have:
