Mortgage Administrator - Part Time - Tadcaster
PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Mortgage Administrator to join a small but busy partner firm of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation based in offices at Tadcaster LS24.
Our partner firm is a customer-focused Mortgage & Protection advisory business supporting numerous introducers across the Yorkshire area.
The firm is looking to grow its business with the addition of a Mortgage Administrator.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients and providers/lenders.
We are ideally looking for an individual with FS experience, ideally in Mortgages.
Salary package of £14 per hour on a self employed basis
We are looking for an individual that can commit to between 15 and 30 hours per week and ideally between Monday and Thursday although we are happy to be flexible for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
- Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion
- Dealing with incoming calls and emails
- Submission of mortgage & protection applications
Skills & Experience Required
- A minimum of 12 months administration experience, ideally in mortgages
- Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Demonstrated a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
