PRIMIS Mortgage Network are looking to recruit a highly experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well-established Mortgage Advisory business based in Portsmouth. The mortgage business is a long-standing Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network's Mortgage Advisory operation, which has its own long-established multi-branch Estate Agency business located across Hampshire.

The firm is now looking for a further experienced Advisor with CAS who needs a regular and reliable lead source. The role is Self Employed with all Leads Provided, with a pipeline guarantee payable for a good period of time. The splits are circa 50% on leads provided and 70% on self-generated leads. The firm is solid with no false promises around leads that don't materialise. This role cannot be compared to that of corporate Estate Agency linked Mortgage Advisory businesses.

The role is self-employed with earnings of £75,000+, with advisors in this business earning £100k+. Employed positions are also available. We are happy with either Hybrid working or fully office-based, with the expectation being that the early period be spent on site in branch.

We are only looking for CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience and ideally EA exposure. Full PRIMIS lender and 15 provider Protection panel - no loadings to Protection ensuring the very best for the customer.

PRIMIS Mortgage Network, a wholly owned subsidiary of the highly respected parent business LSL Property Services plc, is the largest Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with some 3000 advisers across approximately 1000 individually branded mortgage and protection businesses.

The PRIMIS network of ARs offer Mortgage and Protection advisory services through numerous avenues, including Specialist Mortgage Advisory businesses, Accountancy practices, Mortgage Shops, businesses supporting High Street Estate Agency, online Brokers, New Build specialist organisations with affinities with major housing developers, and online Estate Agency.
