This hybrid role combines 3 days from home with 2 days in the office, supporting the Customer Outcomes Team (Compliance) in risk review and advisory quality.
You will assess member files for suitability, ensure alignment with Consumer Duty, provide feedback to Advisers, and help identify training needs.
