Mortgage Administrator - Home Working 100% Full Time Employed
PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Full Time highly experienced Mortgage Administrator to join an Appointed Representative partner firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network's Mortgage Advisory operation.
Our highly valued AR partner is a busy and successful Mortgage & Protection advisory business based in London. The firm would prefer a Southern based Administrator so that they could meet occasionally
We are specifically looking for a minimum of 3 years' experience of Mortgage Administration within a Mortgage Brokerage.
Monies are £26,000 - £28,000 DOE and negotiable
Monday - Friday - No weekends
Responsibilities:
- Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
- Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion
- Dealing with incoming calls and emails
- Data entry of mortgage & protection applications
Skills & Experience Required:
- A minimum of 3 years mortgage administration experience within broking.
- Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
- A team player with ability to use own initiative.
