PRIMIS Mortgage Network is recruiting ambitious, driven sales professionals to join a high-performing Appointed Representative (AR) partner firm within its Mortgage & Protection Advisory network as Trainee Protection Advisers. All roles are office-based at the partner's Fareham premises - home working is not available.

About the Role

You will advise customers over the telephone on a range of protection products, including:

  • Life Assurance
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Business Protection
  • General Insurance (e.g. Home Insurance)

All leads are provided, although additional earnings can be generated through self‑generated business and customer referrals.

Earnings & Benefits

Employed role
Base salary: £25,000 plus commission
Realistic earnings of £50,000 - £75,000+, with higher potential for top performers

Working Hours

9:30am - 7:30pm (3 days per week)
9:30am - 6:00pm (1 day per week)
