PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking approaches from experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join a very well established, Premiership status Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network's Mortgage Advisory operation.
The PRIMIS partner firm is a 150 advisor Mortgage and Protection business that works alongside contracted Estate Agency partners nationwide, including businesses such as Your Move, Reeds Rains, Hunters, Whitegates, Davis Tate, Hawes and Co, and Intercounty.
The roles available are either Employed or Self Employed with all leads provided by the Estate Agency branch/branches we partner you with. This role would support the Reeds Rains estate agency businesses in Durham, Low Fell, and Newcastle.
The roles available are either full office working or hybrid working. The base salary for the employed role is between £30,000 and £35,000 DOE, negotiable, with an OTE of £70,000 +. Should the advisor prefer the self-employed role, then the splits are 70% on self-generated leads with the leads provided percentage at 45%.
We are only looking for CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience for this location.

The PRIMIS network of ARs offer Mortgage and Protection advisory services through numerous avenues, including Specialist Mortgage Advisory businesses, Accountancy practices, Mortgage Shops, businesses supporting High Street Estate Agency, online Brokers, New Build specialist organisations with affinities with major housing developers, and online Estate Agency.
