Role Purpose:
- Social media content planning, creation, artwork briefs, sign off and scheduling to maintain and improve our digital presence and engagement levels.
- Production of regular magazines, bulletins and newsletters, including content planning, creation, design brief and sign off.
- Crafting content for a variety of channels and audiences to support the wider team and projects.
- Providing a copy writing and editing service, in line with the embedding of new brand guidelines and our tone of voice to ensure consistency.
- Owning our tone of voice and being responsible for the delivery across all areas of the business for consistency.
- Coaching Marketing Assistants and working with them to execute content plans.
Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent command of English language for a range of purposes, audiences and channels.
- Ability to craft original content, using subject matter expert input, interview output and own research to support understanding.
- Key stakeholder management.
- Ability to co-ordinate multiple project timelines and deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
- Experience with WordPress and HubSpot.
