This full-time hybrid role, based in Birmingham, supports the wider marketing team and co-ordinates activities across the LSL Financial Services portfolio of brands. The successful candidate will work closely with the wider marketing team to deliver our marketing plan across a variety of channels for a range of audiences.

Key activities:

  • Assist in creating and editing content across marketing channels (website, social media, publications, e-mails etc.).
  • Owning our Colleague Newsletter from planning right through to distribution, working with colleagues to highlight key messages.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor performance of campaigns and produce actionable insights to support planning.
  • Conduct research to support projects and campaign materials, including competitor research.
  • Make sure content is engaging, fits with our tone of voice and is free from spelling or grammatical errors.
  • Ensure approval processes are followed for all materials produced.
  • Update key channels such as: intranet, Hub, Vault and websites.
  • Liaise with internal and external colleagues to ensure content is received by deadlines.
  • Manage inboxes and respond to requests in a timely manner.
  • Support with events, including occasional out of hours work, in line with our event calendar.

Qualities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
  • Experience with WordPress, Canva and HubSpot.
  • Ability to write and edit copy for a range of channels.
  • A good eye for detail and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
