PrimeVigilance is looking for a Medical Information Associate fluent in English and German to join our growing Medical Information team.
Responsibilities
- Provide approved responses to medical enquiries from external customers (healthcare professionals, patients, pharmaceutical clients) in German and English.
- Identify, document, and report adverse events/side effects, pregnancy, and other special situations, as well as product quality complaints within required timeframes.
- Track and document all medical information enquiries accurately within the Medical Information database.
- Participate in out-of-hours medical information provision for clients with a 24/7 enquiry service.
- Provide management with regular updates on project status and enquiry metrics.
- Assist in departmental regulatory inspection preparedness for pharmacovigilance and participate in PV inspections or audits.
Qualifications
- Life science or biomedical background – healthcare-related degree (chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, nursing).
- Customer service or call centre experience preferred.
- Comfortable handling enquiries by phone.
- Ability to perform out-of-hours service if required.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Scientific acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced verbal and written English and German skills.
