PrimeVigilance (part of Ergomed PLC) is a mid‑size pharmacovigilance service provider established in 2008. We serve pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners across Europe, North America and Asia, offering Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance services.
Job Description
- Handle medical information enquiries in English and Finnish.
- Perform pharmacovigilance activities such as initial intake of adverse events.
- Provide approved responses to medical enquiries from healthcare professionals and patients; act as a call‑handling agent in the dedicated call centre.
- Prepare responses based on literature research and collaboration with internal physicians and client departments.
- Participate in out‑of‑hours provision of medical information for clients with a 24/7 service.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or advanced degree in life sciences (or equivalent) with experience.
- Customer service experience is an advantage.
- Fluency in both English and Finnish.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Independent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Process‑oriented and critical thinking.
- Responsible approach to work duties.
