The Sales Account Manager contributes to company revenue growth by supporting client relationships and program execution within existing accounts. This role focuses on managing and expanding relationships with existing clients, coordinating internal and external resources to develop and support supply chain finance programs, and identifying opportunities for expansion within assigned accounts. This position will work closely with senior team members to ensure program goals are met and executed effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Managing relationships with customers of PrimeRevenue from year 1 and beyond.
- Build and maintain client contacts, ensuring all key stakeholders and decision-makers are identified.
- Schedule and participate in regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure buyer needs are handled effectively and efficiently and act as a key point of contact.
- Track and measure program performance against external and internal expectations, reporting findings to senior team members to ensure revenue and cash flow targets are achieved.
- Assist in preparing quarterly business reviews to evaluate results and propose recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to the execution of strategic account plans, identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop an understanding of PrimeRevenue’s software and service offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other systems.
- Contribute to the development of client pricing proposals and business documentation and ensure they align with company guidelines.
- Build relationships with internal teams and external partners to support business objectives.
- Participate in industry conferences and training sessions to build knowledge and represent the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- 7+ years sales experience, account management, or a related role with a proven track record in sales achievement.
- Multi-lingual helpful but not essential. Business level English a must.
- Experience with SCF (supply chain finance), trade finance, working capital.
- Demonstrable ability to work effectively with large enterprise customers and get results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively coordinate tasks across teams.
- Experience with supporting a software subscription renewal process, preferred.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills required.
- Excellent organizational and strong attention to detail.
- High level of business acumen including professional written, oral and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a sales team environment and communicate effectively with diverse cross-functional teams.
