We are currently recruiting Children’s Complex Care Workers to join our dedicated team. You will provide one-to-one care and support to children with complex health needs, enabling them to live safely and comfortably at home while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, child-centred complex care in line with individual care plans
- Support children with complex medical needs
- Provide personal care and emotional support
- Monitor and report changes in health or behaviour
- Work collaboratively with families, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and follow all safeguarding policies
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children or in complex care (preferred but not essential)
- A caring, patient, and reliable approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a home-care setting
- Commitment to providing safe, compassionate care
- Full UK driving licence preferred (depending on location)
