We are currently seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to become a key player in our Growth team, responsible for overseeing the complete sales lifecycle for our diverse range of products.

What you'll do

  • Oversee the comprehensive sales process for Mid-Market accounts across the UK and Ireland, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
  • Proactively generate a robust sales pipeline through targeted outbound strategies, networking opportunities, and establishing strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with C-level executives and key functional leaders to effectively communicate the benefits and value proposition of the Primer platform.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to refine our ideal customer profile and enhance the overall sales approach.
  • Offer consultative insights to potential clients, addressing their unique payment challenges and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
  • Maintain precise sales forecasts and documentation within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure transparency and accuracy.
  • Engage in internal initiatives aimed at refining our sales playbooks and staying informed about the latest trends and developments in the payment industry.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and strategy sessions to share insights and contribute to the overall growth objectives of the company.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in Mid-Market sales, with a track record of success in similar roles.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles, from initial discovery through to successful closure.
  • Experience in engaging with senior-level decision-makers, including CEOs, CTOs, CFOs, and VPs, to drive sales outcomes.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the capacity to excel in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving or surpassing sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship-building with clients and internal teams.
