Working for Primeline Express in our Mallusk depot as a Customer Service Agent in Logistics.

The Role

We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Agent to join our growing logistics operation. This is a fast-paced and highly collaborative role where you will act as the main point of contact for customer queries, ensuring a smooth and professional service across our network. Working closely with internal teams and external transport partners, you will play a key part in resolving issues, maintaining service levels, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy, structured environment, with strong organisational skills and a customer-focused mindset.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Handle customer queries via telephone and email, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Liaise with transport, warehouse and operations teams to resolve delivery queries.
  • Record and investigate delivery issues, shortages and discrepancies using internal systems.
  • Ensure all Proofs of Delivery (PODs) are returned in line with agreed service levels.
  • Complete customer booking requests and communicate details to relevant teams.
  • Support month-end reporting and administrative processes.
  • Produce and issue logistics reports to depots and ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support the wider team with admin duties.
