Prime Life is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our friendly team at Tanworth Court in Solihull. You must hold a current NMC pin. The home serves 60 residents with age‑related conditions, physical disabilities, mental health conditions and dementia. Candidates should be patient, understanding and respectful of each resident’s abilities.

Responsibilities
- Complete nursing notes accurately
- Assist in the safe ordering, custody, storing and administration of all medication
- Ensure that care plans and records are evaluated, up to date and accurate
- Maintain and perform tasks on the clinical calendar
- Visit each client daily to assess their needs and continually seek to improve care delivered
- Comply with the NMC code of conduct at all times
- Respect each client’s dignity and independence, irrespective of the severity of their physical or mental ability
- Lead and participate in daily handover, working with care staff and nurses
- Attend and participate in daily meetings and share information
- Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by your manager to meet the changing needs of the business
Qualifications
- Valid nursing pin
- Post‑qualification experience within a clinical setting
- Genuine caring nature and desire to make a real difference for residents
- Patient, understanding and respectful of residents’ individual abilities
