We are seeking passionate and dedicated care professionals to join our friendly team at Springhill Care Home in Accrington. Our home is designed to cater to 116 residents with various physical, age-related, and mental health conditions, requiring respectful and dignified support.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with personal hygiene and bedtime routines
• Conducting routine welfare checks during the night
• Supporting residents with dining, nutrition, and hydration
• Encouraging safe mobility around the home
• Providing companionship and friendship
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote residents\’ well-being
• Welcoming family members and assisting with inquiries

Candidate Profile:

A genuine caring nature and a desire to make a difference are essential. Prior experience is desirable but not required, as full training is provided. Candidates should be patient, understanding, and respectful of residents\’ individual abilities.
