Primeguard Workforce Management Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager to take ownership of its proprietary workforce management software platform and wider IT systems. This is a senior leadership role combining IT management, software project delivery, and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for managing the project end-to-end, overseeing development and maintenance activities, and ensuring technology supports business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Primeguard App and software platform.
- Manage the end-to-end software life-cycle, including planning, delivery, maintenance, and future enhancements.
- Defining scope, timelines, resources, and delivery milestones.
- Lead and coordinate 3rd party external and internal development teams.
- Ensure system performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain technology & development roadmap.
- Act as the senior technical authority and main point of contact for IT-related matters.
- Support client demonstrations, onboarding, and sales meetings with technical input.
- Manage after-sale technical support team.
- Train and support internal users including guards, supervisors, controllers, and admin staff.
- Oversee maintenance and updates of the company website and digital platforms.
Requirements:
- A Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT discipline.
- Significant experience in software systems delivery and IT Management.
- Proven software project management experience.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing vendors.
- Strong understanding of software life-cycle management and system maintenance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SaaS platform experience is a must.
