- Norwich Office Role - Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00.
- Salary £26k OTE £45k plus.
- Backed by one of the "Big Four" Telecoms Giants, my client needs Inside Sales Executives to continue with Growth & Expansion.
- Serving businesses across Norfolk and Suffolk, they have built a fantastic reputation in the industry.

- B2B Phone Contracts
- Lease lines
- Cloud Software Services
What they want:
- You aren’t scared of this thing called a Phone; you are happy to make Cold Calls and get relationships started with local businesses.
- You’re coachable; know-it-alls please don’t apply.
- Ideally, you have been in a sales role for 1-2 years with good results to back it. Be prepared to talk about your targets and performance against them!
- Good motivation. Money hungry and full of grit & resilience.

What’s in it for you?
- Salary starting at £26,000. Within 6 months, if targets are hit, ability to increase basic by £500 per month (e.g. £27,500). Further salary reviews on the table too... prove your worth, reap the rewards!
- Bonus Structure: 3 targets, one for each product. Hit them, unlock a revenue pot, get a percentage (e.g. £10,000 - 10% of this being £1,000).
- Realistic and achievable OTE £45K plus.
