About the opportunity:
- Norwich Office Role - Monday to Friday.
- Salary £25k OTE £45k plus.
Backed by one of the "Big Four" Telecoms Giants, my client needs Lead Generation Specialists to continue with their rapid growth and expansion. Serving SMBs across Norfolk and Suffolk, they've built a stellar reputation in the industry.
Products and Services include:
- B2B Phone Contracts
- Lease lines
- Cloud Software Services
The result their Client Base gets to save time & money with Admin, Customer Service or Sales Activities and ultimately be more performant day to day.
What they want:
- You aren't scared of Cold Calling and are happy to make 70+ calls per day.
- You're coachable; know-it-alls please don't apply.
- Ideally been in a sales role for 1-2 years with good results to back it.
- Good motivation. Money Hungry is great, but passion and a drive to succeed is even better.
- Switched on. Good brain on you.
- Sales is not luck! You have to work hard and be consistent.
What's in it for you?
- Salary starting £25,000. After 3 months, Salary increase to £26,500 inline with performance. Further Salary reviews on the table too... prove your worth reap the rewards!
- Bonus Structure:
- Month 1: Paid per appointment. 20 meetings, earn £400.
- Month 2: onwards percentage of closed revenue... average reps hitting £1k plus. Realistic and achievable OTE £45K plus.
