The successful candidate will perform maintenance and repairs to aircraft Unit Load Devices (ULD), F2F and Nets per all applicable guidelines and requirements. They will also understand repair procedures as outlined in the repair manuals and perform all repairs per the guidelines. Able to meet minimum productivity goals consistently.
Role Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs to ULD (unit loading devices) Pallets and Nets.
- Work well with others and maintain composure during busy periods.
- Adhere to and enforce all safety and security guidelines.
- Repair covers, nets and roll cargo straps.
- Component removal and replacement.
- Cutting and grinding aluminium.
- Solid and Bind Rivet installation and removal.
- Straightening and replacement of pallet edge rails and fitting and replacement of corners.
- Replacement of new extrusion.
- Use of basic hand power tools and air tools.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Repair engineering, preferable.
- Industry experience.
- Hand and Air tool experience.
- Confidence in handling large volumes of repairs.
- Excellent teamwork.
- Ability to support different functions of the business if required.
- Ability to use Company Tablets to log and report repair work.
- Creative Repair ability.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
