This role will assist the Procurement / Stores Manager with BER requirements, specifically the procedures and processes appertaining to BER / Cannibalisation Programmes. You will assist in stores, admin duties, including updating of spreadsheets, stocktaking and maintaining stock standards.
Role Responsibilities:- Ensure all BER & Cannibalisation procedures / process are kept up to date with current activities and capabilities.
- Ensure all the correct tooling, maintenance documentation is provided and up to date.
- Raise any concerns / issues relating to BER / Cannibalisation processes with Procurement / Stores Manager.
- Assist with all stock: ULD’s Cargo Nets and Straps associated with BER & ACL Programmes.
- Assist Procurement / Stores Manager in carrying out regular stock level checks.
- Liaise with and present information to Procurement / Stores Manager.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day activity, timeframes and expectations in the absence of the Procurement / Stores Manager.
- Ability to follow instructions.
