PrimeFlight are looking for a Cabin Materials & Stores Co‑Ordinator who will work with the Materials Manager to correct forecasting of materials throughout PrimeFlight Cabin Interiors. You will also be assisting in the daily operations with PrimeFlight Lead Planner and the Stores Team, advising of all materials that are available for Key Inputs and ensuring the correct stock levels are maintained across all sites.
Role Responsibilities:- Liaise with multiple people in various operational roles to plan for materials, parts and components to arrive on time and in the right locations.
- Monitor daily and weekly status sheets, inventory levels, incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Adjust Min/Max levels in the Quantum system as required to match demand with supply lead times.
- Monitor inventory levels at remote bases, arrange shipping of parts/re-allocation as required.
- Prioritising Soft Furnishing Manufacturing Workcards based on inventory levels and demand.
- In conjunction with other team members, arrange kitting of parts to ensure a full kit change is available for on time delivery.
- Reviewing Weekly BER Soft Furnishing Material reports with management.
- Working with the Materials Manager to ensure stock is accurate and stock checked regularly in key areas.
- Working with Storespersons on stock movements/transactions.
- Monitoring the Line operation and ensuring stock is available.
- Experience within an Aircraft Material Planning Environment.
- To have experience in an aeronautical profession and to possess knowledge through years of professional experience.
- ADP required.
- Familiarity with resource and material planning.
- Ability to think analytically and solve problems efficiently and effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organisational abilities.
- Proven ability to take initiative, prioritise assignments and work independently.
