Role Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate and communicate all the activities in respect of the arrival and departure of aircraft at ABZ, ensuring that the SGS main priorities of Safety, Punctuality and Service are fulfilled.
Communicate efficiently via ground-to-air with customers and locally with the company radio operating system
Communicate professionally with other operational centres and with local authorities
Prepare and publish loadplan and loadsheet to maximise their payload and protect their punctuality.
To ensure that decisions made by the Duty Station Manager are communicated to all departments and actioned.
Be fully aware of the Accident and Emergency Procedures and be able to act in accordance with these procedures if necessary.
Act in accordance with laid down procedures in the event of damage or spillage of Dangerous Goods.
To ensure compliance of Airport Authority and DTLR rules both by ASIG and by suppliers operating on behalf of ASIG.
Monitor and report on the service given to ASIG by our suppliers.
Perform any other administrative or operational duties as may be reasonably required by ABZ Ramp Supervisor or Duty Manager
