PrimeFlight UK offers the full range of ground handling services to scheduled and charter flights operating to and from Inverness Airport. We are looking to recruit customer-focused individuals who are able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment whilst providing a high standard of service to our airline’s customers.

Role Responsibilities:

  • As a Ramp Agent, you will play a vital role in our operations, ensuring the seamless handling of baggage and freight on the ramp.
  • Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading baggage and cargo to and from the aircraft hold. The items can be very heavy, so a high level of physical fitness is essential.
  • Operating ground equipment to include baggage tugs, baggage trolleys, belt loaders, aircraft de-icing units, water and lavatory service carts, aircraft ground power units, and unit load device platforms in all weather conditions.
  • Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

Work Schedule:

You must be flexible and be able to work a varied shift pattern operating 7 days a week, which includes early starts from 03:00am, late finishes from 11:00pm and weekends. You may be required to work overtime (which will be paid at the applicable overtime rate) when authorised and as necessitated by the needs of the business.

What we’re looking for:

  • A full UK driving license, as you will be required to drive company vehicles as part of the role.
  • Access to your own vehicle is essential.
  • The ability to provide 5 years of checkable references.
  • A clear criminal record check (Basic Disclosure Scotland).
  • Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
