Working with the Front of House Duty Manager you will be assisting passengers to relocate lost baggage to ensure that the service delivered to our customers is consistently professional and to an exceptionally high standard. All processes must be performed in a smooth, timely and accurate manner.
Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure PrimeFlight is delivering the Airlines product, and working in compliance with the Airlines standards, policies & procedures.
- This includes driving change to implement the Airlines developments & initiatives.
- Working alongside customer airlines to ensure baggage is located.
- Assisting passengers arriving without their baggage or damaged bags for all PrimeFlight handled airlines.
- Arranging delivery of baggage.
- Managing of RUSH bags.
- Using airline baggage systems including world tracer.
- Be able to manage own time and be extremely well organised.
- Have an excellent level of customer service and empathy.
- Prioritise the workload and ensure work is completed to time scale.
- Escalate when required.
- Ensure records of any incidents/accidents involving customers, staff, or equipment is reported to line managers and documented accurately on relevant reporting systems.
- Line training, to include baggage systems and manual PIR forms.
- Excellent time and attendance.
- Confident and professional approach at all times that enables effective resolution of conflicts and delivery of relevant solutions.
- Maybe required to work in the commercial check-in/boarding operation.
