  • Engage prospective learners and provide clear information on programme suitability, structure, outcomes, and next steps.
  • Work closely with internal teams to move learners from initial interest through screening, application, eligibility checks, and enrolment.
  • Maintain an active learner pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on all enquiries and referrals.
  • Track and manage conversion activity across enquiry, application, eligibility, and starts.
  • Identify drop-off points within the learner journey and help improve conversion performance.
  • Support campaign-based, regional, and seasonal outreach activity.
  • Maintain accurate learner records in line with internal process and compliance expectations.

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Experience in learner recruitment, outreach, enrolment, employability, community engagement, partnerships, sales, or business development.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing follow-ups, enquiries, referrals, or high-volume pipelines.
  • Comfortable working with local partners, community stakeholders, and prospective learners.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, CRM tools, or pipeline trackers.
  • Willingness to travel across Greater London and other locations when required.

  • Experience working with Jobcentre Plus, local authorities, community groups, or housing associations.
  • Experience supporting learner suitability checks, eligibility, IAG, or enrolment conversion.
  • Awareness of GDPR, safeguarding, and compliance processes within education or training environments.

  • Improved enquiry-to-start conversion.
  • Strong collaboration with admissions, delivery, and compliance teams.
