Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and commercially aware Junior Business Development Executive to support learner mobilisation and employer engagement across our programmes. This role has two key areas of focus:
- 70% community and partner-led learner mobilisation
- 30% employer partnerships and corporate engagement
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving outreach, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Community and Partner-led Mobilisation (70%)
- Build relationships with alumni, community groups, local organisations, and referral partners to generate learner enrolments.
- Develop repeatable local channels to support consistent cohort mobilisation.
- Plan and run seasonal or campaign-based outreach with clear messaging and follow-up.
- Work closely with the delivery team to move prospective learners from interest to enrolment.
- Monitor pipeline activity and help maintain a healthy learner funnel.
- Employer Partnerships and Corporate Engagement (30%)
- Build a pipeline of employers hiring entry-level talent in IT Support, Cloud, Data, Cyber Security, and Software.
- Convert employer conversations into interviews, placements, and hires.
- Run structured outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone.
- Support the development of repeatable outreach messaging and engagement approaches.
- Work with internal teams to align employer demand with learner profiles and programme outcomes.
Skills and Experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, organised, and self-driven approach

Salary and Incentives
