Role Description The Facilitator for Employability Skills & Progression workshop will deliver structured, interactive training sessions to support learners in developing core employability skills and planning their career progression. Responsibilities include preparing workshop materials, delivering on-site sessions in Coventry, guiding participants through activities on CV building, interview preparation, communication skills, and workplace readiness, and providing constructive feedback to support individual development. The facilitator will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that workshop content aligns with Primed Talent’s standards and clients’ requirements. This is a contract role and requires on-site presence in Aylesbury, with a focus on creating inclusive, engaging learning environments for diverse participant groups.

Qualifications

  • Comfort working on-site in Aylesbury, with reliability and punctuality for scheduled workshop sessions.
  • Strong facilitation and training delivery skills, with experience leading group workshops or classroom-based learning.
  • Knowledge of employability skills, career coaching, or progression pathways, ideally within further education, adult learning, or workforce development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse learner groups.
  • Ability to plan sessions, organize learning resources, and adapt content to different learning styles and levels.
  • Experience working with learners from varied backgrounds, with a commitment to inclusive practice and equal opportunities.
  • Strong administrative skills, including maintaining attendance, progress records, and reporting outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Relevant qualification in training, guidance, or a related field (e.g., teaching, coaching, or L&D) is desirable.
  • Background in employability, recruitment, careers advice, or HR is beneficial.
  • Right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo any necessary background checks.
