Primech Building Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead our mechanical project initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will liaise with stakeholders, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure the integration of mechanical systems in line with industry standards and client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all phases of mechanical projects, from inception to completion.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and key stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality control standards.
- Document project progress and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or similar role in the building services industry.
- SSSTS or SMSTS.
- ECS/CSCS Black card.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and project management methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Full UK driving licence for site visits as required.

- HNC or HND in related discipline.
