Primech Building Services is seeking an experienced Electrically Biased Project Supervisor to oversee the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of school refurbishment projects. The role will take responsibility for day-to-day site management across works including full electrical rewires, suspended grid ceilings, fire alarm system replacements and associated making good and decorating works. You will ensure all activities are delivered safely, to programme and to Primech’s quality standards, while maintaining clear communication between site operatives, the client and the wider Primech project team. The Supervisor will coordinate trades, control site operations, manage documentation and proactively resolve issues to ensure minimal disruption within live school environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations including attendance, inductions and RAMS compliance.
  • Maintain Primech’s high standards of site safety, PPE, welfare and housekeeping.
  • Oversee site set-up, protection, security and lock-up procedures.
  • Ensure all site paperwork is completed accurately.
